Good Morning sir. This is Gayathri from Hyderabad, Kukatpally. I am 36
years old,Working women. I am suffering from lack of sleep since 7-8 months. I
am living alone with my children since 5 years. I have my share of problems but
i never face this problem before. I am getting difficult to fall asleep, i go
to bed at 9.30-10pm, but i am unable to sleep till 11-12, if i sleep
difficultly but will get awake around 2.30-3.00pm and unable to sleep again. I
am facing so many problems about this. I used so many Tablets but no use. I
consult doctor first she given Sleeping pills but i don't like to use
continuously. I use ayurveda tabs also, but getting lot of pimples or boils on
face. I consult neurologist, he told cause of stress and given tabs. But i am
getting lot of pimples if i use this tabs. My skin is sensitive skin, i am
getting so many pimples now a days and becoming big boils and is taking months
to get cure single boil, this is additional problem. I have seen your blog and
tried to get that ingredients, but unable to find IPPAPUVU and others in
kukatpally area. Please help. What is the best solution for this and where it
is available.
